Karmic Chaos and how to clear it~

Hello my friends,
I come today to speak about the mind and body and in finding peace between these aspects of the self.
I would like to coin a new term in the healing world and that term is what I refer to as
Karmic Chaos.
Karmic Chaos is that loop running ramapant in your mind reminding you of all the reasons this won't work. It is the body full of tension and anxiety, worry and pain. And It is the process by which your mind slowly but surely descends into a pile of goo, melting and reforming itself and its internal and energetic passageways in order to slowly come to terms with the shift of new reality to match that of your new awareness.

As your energy shifts and illuminates through this time, this chaotic goop melts away anything that is no longer serving your highest purpose. This process continues until there is no longer resistance and the human can be actualized according to its inner world.
Karmic chaos comes from your past dear ones. It is the argument of of beliefs limiting your furthest expansion. It is old mindsets litterally trying to dominate your expansive awareness into a limited version of your true expression.
It produces pain and stagnation. It is the resistance in your heart and mind as your body responds to these limited patterns and falls into a freeze state followed by the manifestation of illness and dis-ease.
It keeps you stuck in the life of obligation and in old patterns and cycles. It dominates your valuable time and energy dear ones. and this is how we clear it....
When we can keep ourselves in a mindful place through our experiences...learning...observing....we learn to keep our hearts outside of a place of judgement. When we fall outside of judgement then we no longer have the need to suffer for our experience. The suffering can dissolve because we have the knowledge to bring the body into submission of higher truth.
We feel into our circumstances and then bring them into alignment with our truth by our response. All that is not aligned will simply fall away in time. At times action will be called for...but the pull will be too strong to deny because it will be outside of any body patterns and become very painful to resist. Falling into old patterns will no longer feel comfortable or natural like they once did.
Once you feel into this new energy that you yourself are emitting like a beacon of light emerging from the depths of pure darkness and the hell of the new awareness that what your experience reflects no longer aligns you will experience what is like a vortex. A cosmic wormhole into a new alignment. Feeling into and training the body is very important at this time. Improve the diet and detoxify from energies that no longer serves your bodies highest needs and fuction. Exercise to release that old energy. Practice breathwork. Breathing is key in bringing the body awareness into alignment. As you bring your focus in towards the breath...into the soul..the energy contained within the body can speak as though for the first time. It will finally understand why the body reacts the way it does and can release old fears of what the limited perspective of the ability of the body to achive.
Bring our attention to the breathe now and in this time. Think and focus in on the body.
breath light and energy into the places of resistance. Maintain this steady focus of breathe and energy into these tightened places that hold physical resistance to motion. Observe what comes up for you in this time...your thoughts..your emotions...any visual or sensory experiences...as these may well be the key to your trials. The answer to your questions. The very place in which the energy of resistance is stored being addressed directly. Watch for symbols and memories that may have been repressed or old memories that still hurt. Healing these is the purpose for which these energies arise. And when we can clear this resistance in the body, we can clear the mind and respond to inner knowing...thus clearing the resistance for movement. If this process brings up painful things to sift through or symbols that you need help to understand I would very much recommend talking about them with a healer or a therapist.
Practicing these methods of awareness....and allowing the body to express what it needs to express to release these energies is an important part of the process of healing. When we survive trauma we hold those energies within ourselves...and they can often manifest in a painful form of release as we externalize that pain. Though it doesn't need to be painful if we take the time to process these energies from a quiet place of internal stillness.
Once the body is cleared the mind can be cleared.
The body is an antennae and an indicator of the external energy by calling in an experience to match that of the trauma held within. It is not to punish dear ones, but to bring awareness so one can handle things in a new way and shift the reality. Allow energy to communicate without getting attached to feeling that energy. If it stagnates in the body release it through these methods with the intention to transmute those energies into the light of your heart so it can be expressed as compassion rather than fear or anger. As you release this compassion others will feel this expression. And it will heal your life as the energy shifts the matter all around you.
Through this process you will also learn to hold this compassion for yourself. It will help to define and set and maintain what you refer to as personal boundaries. But it will be boundaries unlike you have known because they will come from energy. They will be energy. And all that you are not will have no place in you any longer or attract itself into your life. And your discernment of what is not healthy for you increases as you reconnect to the intutive senses. The aura is cleansed and a realization and awareness of all that is will become. There will no longer be any need of this karmic chaos roaming wildly through the mind. No need to argue.
The key is compassion. Acceptance. And unconditional love. And allowing the self as well as others to live and express freely...and finding the places and people in which it is safe to do and be so in a state of non-judgemental observation. It is believing what you believe. It is letting go of what you don't. It is letting go of the "should" and just allowing the be to flow out of you. And as you do so...this beacon of energy shooting up in to the heavens will call out to us as a signal of ready ...to shift. To be. And the universe will be waiting, ready to respond.
