The time for oneness within.

But not without work. And not without opposition...

The conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter last week, alongside the powerful eclipse energy of the new moon previously has stirred up much energy in you dear one.

It has been a time of allowing these energies arising from your etheric body to rise to the top as the dirt and the grime of old ways of doing, being, and thinking are now being released and cleansed from you. A new layer cleansed leading to a new level of clarity.

It may have been a time of not only clarity...but in the clarity of the fogginess and confusion....the dualistic ways in which you have approached a situation in your life.

And a revelation of the ways in which youre fighting against yourself.

It may have seemingly felt like a divergence in your very being as the awareness of the division and competing ways of approaching something have come up in full force.

With mercury and the sun in capricorn this has us feeling like we need to think and behave in a very practical matter….but in its opposition to the touchy feely cancer moon we are experiencing this explains alot of the divergence between how we are thinking and feeling and how to express all of the above.

This is a time of re-calibration and adjustment of thought. So that they can lead you in the appropriate direction.

But fear not...and rest easy...as this is all just a way to reveal to you that which is ready to be released and healed.

It is for the consciousness of what no longer serves....in thought, in habit, in feeling...to finally be fully released at this time along with the powerful energy being brought in by this amazing full moon in cancer.

Now Cancer energy is always most comfortable when its at home...cozy and warm with its loved ones nearby. It doesn't need to feel terribly adventurous because everything it needs is right at home with those it loves. Though this can be detrimental when taken to the extreme and result in a neediness and codependency...

Be sure to use this energy to release any old and stagnant relationships that have kept you stuck from where your heart desires to lead you. Knowing that everything you need is within you...but always with the balance of gratitude for those that love, support and nurture you…

As we are relational beings at core…. Interdependent relationships are of great value to you...as long as you don’t lose yourself in them.

This energy is also very helpful in releasing and healing old traumas from the past which have held you back in many ways. A perfect opportunity to dig in and do some shadow work. To release the past and allow the future to steep in as you sink into this perfect and present moment.

Tips on how to work with this energy

Get cozy and journal. Spend some time getting cozy with yourself. Dress comfy, make a cozy cuppa and just let it alllll out. All the things. Whatever is on your heart allow that energy to move. Write down everything you need to and desire to release….

This can look like old thought patterns, habits, toxic relationships, worries and fears...Anything that is causing confusion or frustration in the mind.

And LET. That. shit. GO.

If you have a place to do so, burn what you wrote as a cue to the universal powers that be that you are ready to fully release these issues and trust them with the outcome.

Being open and unattached to outcome is key.

**Sometimes we can be so attached to a specific outcome that something we couldn’t possibly think of is actually better and more aligned with our desires that we could have imagined. So be open minded. Remember that desire is meant to lead us towards expansion...but as we expand...our minds and hearts become more open to greater and greater possibility. So it doesn’t mean that it's the end all result..just a tool to get us going in the right direction.

Bring in the gratitude.

Show gratitude for those you love. Express gratitude to the universe, guides, ancestors and angels that are supporting your journey...you truly have an amazing support system when you tap into it. Express the gratitude for the lessons these situations have taught you. Because they truly are a tool and a catalyst for your next steps and preparation for the next sequence of your journey.

Self Nurture and ground.

Love yo self. If this looks like taking a yummy salt bath with candles and essential oils, chocolate and tea….if its a hike in nature...or a treat of a massage or something else healing and nurturing to the body/mind/soul now is a great time to feel into that. Support yourself and those you love in this process

Allow. Allow what is meant to be to stay...and that which is not...to float out with the tides. Allow yourself to feel...fully. Sink into that heart space and really feel...and allow what comes out to flow….

Allow others their true feelings and expressions.

Allow all to be as its meant to be.

Allow what is not...to fly free.

As with all full moons this time of release is meant to create space for that which is deeper, more aligned and meant to be.
