About Energy Work

So what is energy work? Why does is help and why should we get it done?

Energy work is incomparable tool when it comes to the spiritual awakening process. Through energy work, I am able to effectively see what energy is affecting you and debilitating the effective flow of the life force energy within you.

There have been many times in my life when I have felt completely helpless...completely afraid...and totally powerless to face whatever challenges and situation I was in. I knew I needed deep healing and was feeling desperate for it to be honest. Through learning energy work I was able to learn to take an objective view to healing my emotional state. Layer by layer, one energy at a time.

Energy work is beneficial for the mind and body, and allows room for the soul to lead and the ego to dissolve. It addresses all types of pain and aids in the detox of physical and emotional bodies as well as to bring balance to the metal and spiritual bodies. Energy work can target issues that you may be mentally and physically unaware of and thus need a healer to identify.

Energy work helps bring clarity and understanding to where you are at on your spiritual awakening journey. It can help you move forward when you feel stuck or stagnant.

As an energy healer I come alongside the other healers that proclaim that every malady whether mental or physical has emotional root. When we can see and accept that root for what and where it is and how its is affecting us then we can begin the healing process by removing the negative energy and heal the emotional wound which will allow for the flow of life force energy and naturally facilitate the bodies ability and inclination to heal as well as to bring mental clarity to the emotional state we find ourselves in.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a powerful healing modality brought to the modern world by Mikao Usui. Reiki is a combination of two Japanese words--rei and ki meaning universal life energy. Reiki healers are trained to be a clear channel and catalyst to transfer universal life force energy to their client. They are trained and attuned by a certified reiki master. In a personal setting it is a non-invasive touch therapy in which the healer gently places the hands in certain positions on the body in relation to the body's energy centers (ie chakras). Through touch the healer transfers the universal energy to bring the chakra system to a state of balance and its highest functionality through the energy transferred. As it is energy sent that allows the healing reiki can also be sent from a distance.

How distance healing/reading works

For a distance healing session we will schedule a time for you to be in either meditative or sleeping state. In my experience a client gets more out of the experience when lucid through this process as you may receive symbols and/or messages that may enhance your personal healing. But some kind of a state of rest and relaxation is the most conducive to the correct reading and healing of your energy.

During this scheduled time I also go into my meditative cocoon and commune with my spirit guides. We call into your guides and they guide me as to how to proceed.

I examine each of your chakras fully...cleansing them of all negative or harmful energies. I then balance and tune each one to its best working condition and charge them with powerful reiki energy to allow your own life force energy to flow to its maximum capacity. In more advanced sessions I can also effectively clear blockages through out the body,

between the chakras, and work with the minor chakras for maximum relief and flow of energy.

If a reading is included in your healing then I will notate any and all symbols and/or messages I receive and then write a full report on what each chakra is communicating and what steps to take for further healing. This type of work is especially beneficial if you are feeling stagnant and need direction.
