Full Moon in Virgo 3/9/2020.

Namaste and greetings to you on this full moon. Today's moon is called the worm moon....as the ground softens from the thawing that's taking place our subterranean friends the worms are slowing coming back to life...preparing the soil for us to plant again.

Today's moon resides in the sign of Virgo. As virgo comes to the forefront she brings us a great deal of practicality and wisdom...she is organized. She wants things set up PERFECTLY. She can be a bit of a task master and is attuned to even the smallest details. If you've been planning a big project or finding yourself at a place of something new...changing, shifting for you ..this virgo moon has been giving you the energy you need to carry on. Bringing your attention to the minute details so the whole project can flow and be cohesive. Thank you Virgo!

The sign of Virgo also correlates to the throat chakra. The throat chakra rests at the base of the neck in the front body and the fold/crease at the back of the neck. It is associated with the color blue. The throat chakra is all about truth. The recognition, the speech, the expression of pure authentic truth as seen through your eyes and experienced in your being. When we are not being fully authentic to our truth the throat chakra becomes blocked and unbalanced. Excuses are made and half truths told...a skewing of the perspective to keep in favor or an egoic image in tact. Virgo is not interested in the pretty image of a nice set room with the dirt swept under the rug and the dirt hidden away. She only operates in her full glory when all the details are set and the energy can flow unencumbered. The throat chakra is set between the heart and the third eye chakras...and when the throat chakra becomes blocked and hindered then the energy cant flow evenly and stably to the heart...which is needed to love the self and others...or the third eye which is our intution and sight....in other words...the more in-authentically someone lives and believes lies to themself about themselves or their situation the more they will actually believe in their mind and hearts they lies they live by....This is where it spreads and becomes problematic, throwing the entire system off kilter.

And don't be too hard on yourself if you find that you're not living your full authentic truth.....most people aren't right now. Due to the social and cultural conditioning we have experienced in this life time most humans are in someway living life more according to what they are "supposed" to do rather than living authentically and according to their desires. Since we are a relational species and our need for connection with others is a top need, it would make perfect sense why we would succomb to family and social pressure.

So don't be too hard on yourself.

Ironically with the sun being in Pisces right now we feel almost an opposition. Pisces is highly creative and wants to create.You may have been feeling a huge surge of energy and ideas...Shes not organized, she wants to kind of throw it all together and let the magick happen. And it will...But in the allowing of the details to emerge and come together in creative harmony. It is a balance of trust. Creation and Organization to prevent chaos. Sun and moon energies in balance.

Pisces is connected to the sacral chakra which governs our creativity, sexual energy and will power. And in my working with chakras lately I have been seeing a great cleansing and re-balancing as the throat and sacral balance each other out in full harmony it allows creation from a space pure authenticity. No more room for doing things out of obligation. That done un-authenically out obligation at this time will feel so uncomfortable...almost unbearable. Go with it. Trust. And go in the direction of desire rather than trying to force something you don't want anymore whether its a job, or a relationship...and don't force. Just allow what is meant to fall apart fall apart. And that which is meant to grow ...will. Its hard to be great at something you hate. But its easy to be good at what you enjoy and are passionate about. What is your passion about??
